At Black Forest, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new apparel doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you may return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into their original packaging to ensure they remain protected during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
